3. Why do you use second-hand glassware?

Sustainability is at the core of Snöä. Instead of producing new glass, we carefully source pre-loved glassware from second-hand markets, giving each piece a new life. After your candle burns down, you can reuse or repurpose the glass for storage, decor, or drinks.

4. How long do Snöä candles burn?

Burn times vary by size:

  • Small candles (80g): 19-25 hours
  • Medium candles (237g-289g): 58-90 hours
  • Large candles (330g-335g): 80-105 hours

For the longest burn, trim the wick and let the wax melt evenly across the surface.

5. Do you offer non-handmade products?

Yes! While 90% of our products are handmade, we also offer a carefully selected 10% of premium dropshipping items, such as diffusers and wellness accessories. These items are sourced from top-rated premium sellers on AliExpress, ensuring high quality.

6. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the product type:

  • Handmade candles: Processing takes 4-7 business days before shipping.
  • Dropshipping items (diffusers, accessories, etc.): Usually 10-15 days, but sometimes as fast as 5 days, depending on the supplier.
